A new entrance has been created without prior application or consent to Highways. the new entrance has involved ripping down part of a hedgerow, and is on a busy A road. We have concerns, as it has been done without application or consent, that it compromises safety...and is not legal.

Trip hazard Raise stop valve cover, 15th December
Location: on the pavement outside 58 Winyards View, Crewkerne. Workmen have left the stop valve cover raised above pavement level and it now a trip hazard especially for our elderly neighbors as well as being dangerous to vehicle tyres entering and exiting our drive.

Barrier around loose communications cover, 25th September
This barrier has been here since the end of June. Only identification marks are an Openreach sandbag. Openreach have been contacted twice by myself but they obviously knew about it to have put the barrier there. It's completely blocking the pavement & blows into the road every time its windy. Openreach say they are "working on it" only work has been a man taking photos & kicking it. Local council have also been informed but nothing is being done.
