Fell off my bike hitting a pothole which stretches across the road on the bend which appears to be a trench that is sinking. I note that it has been reported previously for which I am getting legal advise for my fall injury and damage to my bike.

Bad trench repair, 4th December
Between the traffic lights there is a trench that's been filled in but not to a good standard. The trench hasn't been filled to the same level as the road, it's lower. Therefore when travelling Westbound it feels like you're hitting a big pothole.

Large pothole on outside left of the road where trench across the road has collapsed., 26th November
When heading towards the A419, just after the first set of traffic lights, there is a previous trench dug across the road which has sunk, leading to a large pothole on the outer left hand side.

Significant Fly Tipping in Garage Circle, 31st August
Somebody has dumped a load of plaster board and sacks of rubbish which looks like asbestos. This is lose, blowing all over the place and dangerous.

This pothole has damaged my alloy and tyre.

From the set of traffic lights, past the quarry and right to the junction for Castle Eaton, 20th April
The road surface between the junction for Castle Eaton and the first set of traffic lights after the quarry is badly deteriorated. Many areas have potholes forming and forcing cars to take avoiding action. The road itself has many bad areas where the surface is eroded and very uneven.

Deep pothole around drain, 15th April
The tarmac has disappeared around the drain on the Ben by common platt. This is not the 1st time making it dangerous to avoid when there are incoming vehicles.

Large pothole/disintegrating road surface when you are driving through the traffic lights - in the middle of the road probably 1 metre in length.

12 inch pothole passed the yellow double yellow lines after exiting the roundabout heading towards malmesbury, 2nd December
This pothole has been here for a number of months and I am fed up with tying to avoid it. The whole road is becoming a mess.

Roadside drainage gully seems to be blocked, 26th October
During heavy rain the nearside area of the road floods to a depth of at least 2/3 inches in this section. There is also a sunken pavement with no kerb for a short section next to the drain, this becomes unusable.

RAF Fairford Sign in Disrepair adjacent to the highway, 17th August
This sign has been in disrepair for over 2 years and the red reflective strip has worn off. It needs replacing.

Pothole, 29th March
This is massive now as are many along this road, it's bad enough for cars but this morning in the rain I watched a moped nearly hit one! If that happens the council will be looking at a death statistic. They should be ashamed of themselves letting a road get into such a state at anytime.
