Traffic Signal head struck and not visible, 8th March
At the traffic signals at the junction of Great Western Way and Frankland Road, which are the responsibility of National Highways, the traffic signal head for traffic exiting Frankland Road has been struck and can now not be clearly seen. This has been struck a number of times and appears to be due to the long shroud that has been placed on the green aspect.
Note: the location tool cannot be used as it shows this is not National Highways Network but the traffic signals are.

M4 J16 roundabout - Royal Wootton Bassett towards Wroughton lanes unsafe, 28th October
The lanes coming from Royal Wootton Bassett towards Wroughton are dangerous as they now have to cross the box junction whilst you have traffic coming both across and towards you. Lanes should be shut to force traffic around the roundabout. Just seen 2 near misses whilst crossing the junction myself. Really unsafe of someone not to have thought about this!!

Non disabled car parked diagonally across disabled parking bays, 17th September
Yesterday morning I saw (and noted the plate for) a black Mini parked in disabled bay without a badge on display. It was also parked diagonally. I myself do have a blue badge and came back from the shop to see them blocking the only spare disabled bay. The car park was entirely full at the time and people were even parked on the road outside the village centre but had anyone with a disability needed to park they would have been blocked by someone using a designated space.
