A stretch of New Road where the tarmac has become so hazardous for driving that most drivers avoid by driving on other side of the road into oncoming traffic. This is a danger. The solution would be to resurface approx 100m of New Road, 4th March
As described the tarmac has failed, been repeatedly patch-filled over the previous months/years and results in a unsafe road surface, which leads to damage to vehicles - consequently more & more traffic now drives on the other side of the road to avoid damaging their car tires - driving into on-coming traffic. This is dangerous in itself. Approx 100m of the road surface needs to be retarmac’d

Over grown grass blocking view, 3rd July

Dangerous road condition, 10th February
The road from chiselling heading towards Marlborough in both directions is very slippery especially when wet, and also very shiny creating hazardous driving conditions when wet and dark as headlights reflect off the surface blinding oncoming vehicles

The junction is now extremely dangerous with over grown verges coming from Ladysmith Road. This has been reported before but nothing has been done. There will be an accident turning out of Ladysmith Road because viability is now so poor.

Hedgerow blocking road view, 9th June
Their is over grown grass and newly planted hedgerow which blocks the road visibility.
I take my children down this road daily for childcare and I'm no longer able to see past the hedgerow.
It's a serious accident waiting to happen and needs to be removed I order for drivers to safely cross the roads.

New hedge planted will block view of already dangerous cross roads, 13th December
A new hedge has been planted on the corner of Ladysmith Road onto The Ridgeway. When the hedge grows it will be impossible to see traffic coming from ogbourne st george direction when exiting ladysmith Road. The junction is already dangerous with current viability. We welcome new hedges and they could be planted on ladysmith Road, away from the junction. It would be easier to relocate them while they are saplings and before they become dangerous.
