Large pothole covering a third of road width, 27th January
Large and deep pothole covering about a third of the road width, which has been apparent - and worsening - since beginning of December. Pothole is on south side of Tetbury Lane about 200 yards west of Chedglow junction.

Deep potholes and damaged road edges, 12th January
There are numerous potholes, some very deep, in various locations along Tetbury Lane between Crudwell and Long Newnton. In addition various sections of the road, edges have collapsed leaving large craters. There are no structured passing places along the lane. Where they have become established on the verges they have become excessively deep. When filled with rain water there depth is unknown thereby causing a danger and are also a cause of the lane edges collapsing. Structured passing places are required which would result in both grass and road edges becoming repeatedly damaged.

Poor visibility at junction, 18th July
Junction of the Spine Road with the B4696. When coming from the Oaksey direction(Spine Road West, visibilty to the right at this junction is significantly reduced as a result of the height of overgrown vegetation, including small shrubs, in front of the pond. Approaching this junction from the Ashton Keynes direction, it is very difficult to see vehicles (cars especially) at the junction coming from the Spine Road West direction.

There are number of potholes in the northbound carriage between the end of the 30 MPH sign and the village Pound. There is also a further pothole in the same carriageway on the bend just beyond the village Pound

Potholes A429 north ofCrudwell, 15th January
Location: A429 travelling north from the north end of Crudwell to the turning to Chelworth.
Problems: There are a very large number of potholes in both carriageways of this section of the main road (too many to identify individually). Many are increasing in size and depth on a daily basis. Some are already dangerous to motorcyclists and others, if left, will soon cause problems for motorists.

The bottom half of the sign is missing. It directed people to Charlton (and Tetbury). It's been missing since WOMAD Charlton Park 2008.

Destruction of two tyres, 16th June
ON 13 JUNE AST 858 I WZAS DRIVING ALONGTHE RURAL ROAD BETWEEN THE EASTCOURST CROSSROIADS AND EASTCOURT HOUSE4. I HAD TO PULL IN SO THAT AN VEHICLE TRAVELLING IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION COULD PASS. I HIT A LARGE JAGGED POTHOLE APPROX 500cm LONG, 10 cm DEEP, EXTENDING 15 cm INTO THE ROAD. THIS GASHED THE INSIDES OF BOTH TYRES AND CAUSED BOTH NEARSIDE TYRES TO BLOW OUT. THE POTHOLE EXTENDED WELL INTO THE ROAD AND IS ONE OF ABOUT 35 ON THIS STRETCH OF ROAD BETWEEN EASTCOURT AND UPPER MINETY. I HAVE other PHOTOS BUT SEEM UNABLE TO ATTACH THESE

A429 Crudwell, 9th July
Pothole approx 2ft x 1ft x 1½ to 2 inches deep on right hand side of the A429(when travelling north out of Crudwell village) approx. 150yds north of the northern end of Crudwell Village Green. Position and size of pothole causes vehicles to swerve towards the centre of the road to avoid it. Size of pothole could be very dangerous for cyclists etc.
