Missing sign, 17th September
Just before the left turn to Coulston coming from the Westbury direction there are two posts but no sign indicating the turn. It is too dangerous to examine the site so it is not possible to say if the sign has just fallen off or if it has disappeared.

Road surface deterioration, 11th October
The road surface of most of Dark Lane is in a poor state especially at the bottom of the hill where there is much surface water run off. This is a request from Coulston Parish Council

Terrible, dangerous road surface, 25th June
The condition of the road on this bend is very dangerous especially to bicycles and motorbikes, it is broken with large potholes forming several troughs covering the whole of the westbound side. There is always loose stone from the damaged surface and has been this way for over a year. The Wiltshire Highways dept should be ashamed of themselves and should repair it properly before someone is killed, either by being thrown by the holes or my a vehicle as they try to avoid the neglected surface.

Tree, 16th April
There is a tree on the communal land by the play park with benching around it that is leaning very far to the right at The Park, Erlestoke which needs to be checked for safety reasons
