There is a large amount of broken glass, beer cans, empty drug bags etc located all along the footpath. The street lights along the path are no longer working (not been switched off) allowing youths to gather along the path at night.

Large pothole near the turning to Dan yr fron opposite firestation, 23rd December
This pothole has been here for over a year and is causing damage to vehicles it is also opposite a firestation so may cause damage to emergency vehicles

Numerous pot holes along Heol Giedd on the road which was not resurfaced along with the rest of the road. Outside house no 37/38 up to the traffic lights.

Street light out, 24th February
"Give way to oncoming traffic" sign (light) on island not working. Occasionally flashes. Heol Giedd opposite old school / at entrance to footpath. Can be dangerous at night as other street light switch off at 12:30 - poor visibility of traffic island.

Surface Water, 28th October
Large amount of surface water on the bridge over the river Giedd at Cwmgiedd traffic lights (A4067). Pedestrians constantly being soaked by passing vehicles. Could be dangerous to vehicles also when driving at high speed (regularly).

Large amount of surface water on bridge, 28th October
On going issue with large quantities of surface water settling on the bridge above the River Giedd at Cwmgiedd traffic lights, on the A4067. Causing pedestrians to be soaked each time a vehicle passes. Could also be dangerous with the speed vehicles drive at when not having to stop at the lights.

Road needs repairing, 1st August
There has been a small traffic sign on the mini roundabout by the Tyre fitters for some time now. I believe there is a hole or something to warn motorists. The road / mini roundabout really needs to be repaired and the sign moved before it gets hit as it is not in a good position ?

Potholes getting worse, 10th April
These potholes are getting worse. Approaching mini roundabout towards Swansea direction there are potholes up to , around and after the mini roundabout ( just after the tyre fitting business ) Some of these potholes are large and could be dangerous if you not aware they are there if driving on this road for the first time especially in the dark?

At the bottom of the road there is some wild shrubbery that needs cutting back, 10th February
At the bottom of Hennoyadd Road/trefleming there is some wild shrubbery. It is just by the steps that lead up from hennoyadd road to henneuadd rd. This wild area needs cutting back urgently as there are some thick branches that are sticking out into the road and could cause damage to paintwork on cars that pass.

Fly tipping on the edge of Cwmtawe Park, 1st February
People dumping al sorts of rubbish over the edge of Cwmtawe Childrens Park. Was reported to the council a year ago. Caught and photographed one person from half a mile away come in his car to dump rubbish. Rubbish ranges from plastic doors, fridges, microwaves, fencing, general plastic rubbish and builders rubble.

Fallen tree across river, flood risk, 21st October
There is a large tree fallen across the river which is rapidly collecting debris, posing a serious flood risk. The river is a mere metre below properties and with adverse weather conditions expected the risk of flooding is very high. The tree is situated across the River Giedd, behind property 87 Heol Giedd, Cwmgiedd. It has already been a risk for over a week and needs addressing immediately.

Dog mess in trees!!, 12th March
At the bottom of Hennoyadd Road , just below the steps leading upto Henneuadd Road and the Rugby Club, there is some waste land/shrubbery.
Someone has been picking up their dog mess in little bags and has been throwing these bags into this area. Due to this these bags with the dog mess inside is now handing from the tree branches. The problem we have in the Abercrave area is the lack of dog mess bins - basically there isn't any. It would help the area of Abercrave if these were provided.
Also this waste land area needs tidying up and cutting back as it it very overgrown.
I would appreciate if you would look into these matters and to complete the work.

Damaged road surface, 13th November
Outside our bungalow the road surface is in very poor condition. In wet weather, passing vehicles cause severe splashing and we cannot walk on the pavement without getting very wet.
