Blocked pavement, 27th November
Some private works on two properties are being done, and the workman have taken over the pavement access by using it for their materials. Cement mixer, sand, tools, trailer, vehicles. The pavement is completely inaccessible with no attention to health and safety or those who might be disabled, vision impaired or who have young children. Others areas on the opposite side are usually blocked too, either by vehicles or driveway gates being left wide open onto the pavement. The pavement in many places is being rendered unsafe and impassable.

Blocking drop kerb, 9th April
At the end of this part of Maescynog where the bungalows are there is a turning circle and dropped kerb. These keep being blocked for long periods of time by people using it as a parking space for their trips into town or even when they go to work. There needs to be a clear no parking sign facing them as they drive up. Hopefully this will be done soon as to not cause more obstruction and inconvenience to those who are not able-bodied.

Footpath hazzard, 7th January
I see there have been previous reports submitted regarding black refuse bins being left on the pavement, and it is still a problem. I walked into 2 bins while walking home Tuesday evening as I didn't see them in the dark as I have a visual impairment, knocking one over and having to pick up all their smelly bags that were obviously full of mixed waste, including recycling! As a disabled person I shouldn't have to navigate my way down a footpath maneuvering between bins and parked vehicles. Are pavements not for pedestrians? Can we please sort this, and perhaps pass a message to the community police, who we don't have direct contact with anymore as the police station is closed, and ask them to sort out the pavement parkers. Thank you very much.

Bins blocking footway, 7th December
This issue had been dealt with last week and residents put bins onto their empty driveways and off the pavement . One bin is now once again on the footway along with his crew cab 4x4 while his large driveway sits empty. Can we please address these issues with more authority and consider those of us that would like to walk on the footways in safety.

Parking on pavement., 17th October
There are numerous vehicles parking on the pavement in Maescynog leaving little room for a single person to pass never mind a buggy, wheelchair or mobility scooter. There are also black refuse bins left on the path permanently as you see in the photo. The worst culprits are the ones with empty driveways! While I understand the need to park partly on the pavement, they don't need to park completely on or right in the middle of it obstructing all pedestrians! This is a long standing on going issue.
