Couple in 60's with Dalmatian and collie cross refused to pick up dog mess after I confronted them., 15th October
Saw the Dalmatian with a red collar doing a poo, couple totally ignored the dog, just carried on walking, I looked at them and then the dog, couldn't believe it. Confronted the couple and told them that it's disgusting and they should be ashamed of themselves. All he said was 'don't stand in it'. They then moved away from us, the guy has grey hair glasses 6ft and wife was 5 ft 8, both quite middle class with English accent.
