I don't know whether the road is public or owned by Welsh Water, but the council website advertises the scenic location of the reservoirs.
Long sections of the road surface are breaking up, necessitating a very slow and careful drive, and making us wary of driving in at all, in case the potholes and rough edges do any damage.
