Potholes, 8th April
2 potholes out of about 40 got filled in the last 24 hours. 8/4/24. And the 2 that were filled were t as bad as most of the other ones. The ones in the single track road are the worst. How the workers can only fill 2 holes is crazy. Please get the other ones filled asap as it’s damaging our cars

Potholes, 5th April
Along hendy road there is at least 30 potholes. Some of them are positioned so that you have to hit them as it’s a single track road. You dont have any where to swerve. The ones you can swerve cars are driving dangerously trying to miss them. A lot of people are having their cars damaged

Culvert barrier completely broken, 14th March

Very wobbly railing, 21st November
Railing is extremely wobbly and needs tightening / fixing to the ground better. It’s the third one (roughly) on the ramp end of the footpath closest to doctors surgery of Penclawdd car park.

Multiple potholes - getting very bad now., 18th February
The section of road from CK's around to Penclawdd Pharmacy is riddled with potholes and previous repairs disintegrating. This entire section needs completely resurfacing. It is a MAJOR route to the campsites of Gower and takes some serious traffic including tourists, caravans, heavy lorries and cars. It's not going to last much longer and if a serious plan to resurface is postponed in favour of cheap pothole filling, it's not going to last and the council are going to get claims for vehicle damage. Please don't kick this can down the road yet again. Thank you.

Overflowing bin in car park, 23rd May
The bin has overflowed across car park, probably due to gulls taking remains of takeaways. I picked up litter and put it in a bag next to the bin.

Debris on Road, 8th April
Large rocks on edges of road, maybe fallen loose from a stone wall but big enough to cause tyre/wheel damage as near impossible to see at night. Old construction cones flattened in this stretch of road too.

Heavy Rain Floods Mill Street, 23rd March
In recent years the residents of Mill Street, Hendy Road, Penclawdd have suffered seasonal flooding. The cause of this is the low pavements that allow vehicular access to the front and rear of Mill Street. During heavy rainfall, Hendy Road becomes a veritable river, flowing quickly downhill and inevitably flowing over the low pavements at either side of Mill Street. This has been a problem for years. Some measures were taken a few years ago, but this only diverts the surface run off from torrential rain and the overflow from the Cedi River culvert downstream towards Mill Street. With more extreme weather patterns being the new normal, this problem is getting worse with an increase in flooding, damage to property and distress to the families on Mill Street

Fridge dumped, 2nd June
