Road flooded, 5th November
The verges on this narrow lane were cleared last year to allow the rainwater to clear off the road. However, they are now blocked again meaning that the road floods every time there is significant rain, leaving it too deep to walk through on a popular village walking route

Road flooded "again", 31st October
Almost every time it rains between October and April, this road will be flooded. It has significant agricultural traffic which destroys the verges and the ditches dug to drain excess water as they pass one another and use verges as passing places. This area was repaired with pothole patching and new ditches dug within the last year. Need a permanent solution to avoid these necessary and frequent repairs. For walkers, this is totally impassable and difficult for passenger vehicles.

Destroyed verge and water ditch, 15th October
This verge has only just been repaired to create water ditch to allow surface water to dissipate. Tractors have now destroyed it again, bringing mud all over the road. As there are tracks in the verge on the other side, clearly 2 tractors meeting and deciding to destroy the verge rather than one reverse. Every villager knows who and what causes the problem and not just at this location. Please deal with the perpetrators and repair the road and verge.

Japanese knotweed infestation, 12th September
Earlier this year Contractors working for National Grid cleared an area of shrubs and trees which were a potential hazard to the overhead pylons. Japanese Knotweed must have been inadvertently introduced into this area by these contractors and it has rapidly infested the whole area. As this is close to the roadside I am anxious that this is not spread to neighboring areas.

The dog at Brynteg is allowed to wander despite previous council intervention. It is fouling up and down the road and this is typical of what is found, very unpleasant when it's time to cut lawns. This has now been removed (not by the dog owner) for health and safety reasons

Various potholes by stream, 11th March
Parts of this section of lane has recently been repaired but further potholes and poor road surface has appeared. This is on a slight bend so the size and weight of the continuous tractors and trailers traffic scuffing the road will make this an area needing constant maintenance
