Can you please Erect a Convex Reflecting Mirror to see the incomming Cars from both direction when joining the main road. Dangerous jagged street signs, 4th April

Deep pothole in westbound lane opposite vicarage driveway exit, 19th March

Road surface has broken away around edge of utility cover, 14th January
On northbound carriageway of Southgate Road near junction with The Drive, opposite The Southgate. The erosion of the road surface over the past few weeks has now left a pothole in the tarmac with the edge of the utility cover protruding. This is impossible to avoid when driving northbound if there is oncoming traffic and may result in vehicle damage if not repaired.
