Section of pipe downhill from grate is blocked, so every year we have this problem and money is spent to smooth out the pothole around the grate. Source problem needs fixing, suction or dig!

Pothole immediately west/downhill of the recent repair around the grate. This is caused by the water flowing up through the grate and flooding down the road, as the culvert from this grate down is filled with stones and debris.
