Pavement not suitable for wheelchair user on wernddu road between number 51 and 49, 5th December
The area in questions is between 49 and 51 wernddu road and is a barron piece of land with an old ruin on it. I belive the land is not claimed on land registry. The associstted land has a stone wall that is protruding out into the existing pavement. This is making the kerb very narrow and is a risk for regular walkers. This is making use of the pavement by a wheelchair user on this side impossible and road crossing due to car speeds and corners is not suitable either earlier or above this point. The land has a ruin on it and the protruding wall could be adopted by the council to allow the council to fit a full width kerb here to allow use for wheelchair users, pram and elderly alike in safety.
Best regards
