Cars parked on pavement, 6th November
Cars parking on both sides of the pavement and on white bar markings. Access is limited for wheelchairs, mobility scooters and prams and crossing the road is dangerous. It is worse on weekends. Cars in photo have been there 24 hours and are still there. This has been happening for a while now and has been getting worse.

Abandoned BBNPA works hazard to persons and livestock, 21st July
Sharp/frayed Heras fencing is sticking out and obstructing footpath. Sheep have been stuck inside the fencing, with no shade or water in scorching heat. Works advertised should have been completed by March 2022, but appear to have been abandoned. Doors are flapping in the wind and sheep could drink blue chemicals and eat bogroll & cellophane (see pics) - makes a mockery of biosecurity. Drainage ditch (visible on Google Maps aerial view) has been filled, likely to cause flooding onto and erosion of CCC maintained highway. Brecon Beacons National Park Authority warden has not returned calls about animal welfare in five days. BBNPA used to prosecute home workers needing a satellite dish for broadband on their homes. The track leading to this mess is littered with broken concrete and drainage channels. Foreign tourists staying nearby must be wondering who allowed this mess to be dumped in beautiful Carmarthenshire over the last few months.

Dog fouling on Cowell Road, Garnant, 16th July
Numerous instances of dog fouling from same dog/owner outside our property on Cowell Road, Garnant and on our property (front steps and driveway). Young children regularly stepping in it. Finally caught on our doorbell camera on 16/07/2022 and we also witnessed the event from our patio. The poo is the same every time so assumed to be same dog/owner.

Bank down from stile to road is four foot deep in brambles and too dangerous to descend. Had to detour south along farm tracks to reach 44/67.

Dodgy signage directs through thicket of brambles and machinery, away from alien "Fairyhill Glen" caravan, awning and TV aerial.
If this is an agreed diversion then it needs an agreed maintenance schedule, the pristine mowed grass to benefit the campers seems to be well kept.

25ft tree suspended 8ft over road, 22nd February
