The houses on the estate have been completed for over 2 years. There is no street sign on the entrance to Maes Delfryn, making it difficult for people not from the area to recognise it.

Dropped roadworks, 22nd January
There are several dropped roadworks here outside the petrol station. They are very narrow and span the width of the road. Obviously some sort of works in the past but the attempt to repair the road surface has failed as each one has sunk considerably resulting in full road width potholes. They need to be repaired as it’s like driving over rough ground.

6 Pyntws Terrace is parking on the zig zag lines and pavement outside his house., 1st June
It’s a parking offence to park on these zig zag areas and the pavement. It’s a very busy road and it blocks neighbours views when coming out of our driveways. Thanks

Cars parking on dropped curbs, 21st February
On going problem in gelli deg where cars are parking on dropped curbs not allowing enough room for wheelchairs or prams to get through, having to go on the road to walk around the vehicles, there is plenty of room to park on the other side of the road, so no excuse for this to be happening

Huge potholes on the roundabout, 30th November
Why has this roundabout been left to get into the state that it’s in? It’s full of potholes and every entry/exit is like driving over rough ground. You have to dodge potholes every time you use this area. It’s about time this roundabout was completely resurfaced. Come on Carmarthenshire, get your act together and get this very busy road fixed!!
