Just off the pavement and at the entrance to the lane are I think 3 discarded large food caddy containers which are now full of rubbish.

Damaged pavement and kerb to be lowered.Conditions contributed to collapse of wheelchair.wheel/support, 8th March
Recently discharged from hospital.Wheelchair damaged on pavement/kerb outside premises.Accident happened on Pyle Cross traffic lights when front nearside wheel/support collapsed causing bruising to forehead and general aches and pains to rest of body.Reported many times during the last month.

Abandoned vehicle, 6th March
I believe the vehicle belongs to a resident in the street, they had taken the vehicle away for a while, but has now returned. It has had its windows smashed (which have been covered up with black plastic) and is haemorrhaging oil/diesel. This has now become an environmental issue. Reason being, we already have problems with the drainage, and because of this, it has rained overnight, the drain has blocked and the standing water has collected the oil/diesel from and spread it across the lane. There are large trails of oil that can be seen where the owner has manoeuvred the vehicle to its current position, and has a pool of oil stain underneath.

Pothole - deep, 15th February
Pothole reappeared outside 103 pyle inn way in middle of road. Cars have to swerve to avoid as very deep. Road is used a thoroughfare so very busy.

Metal drain cover broken and loud when vehicles drive over it, 10th February
The drain has been broken for several years with no resolution despite varying phone calls. It makes a very loud bang any time a vehicle drives over it which is a noise nuisance in the night when people are returning home from late shifts.
