Bush overhanging and obstructing pavement, 16th October
This bush has been overhanging and obstructing the pavement on Heol Esgyn for quite some time. I have tried reporting it via telephone as well as flagging it up on Twitter to the council and local councillor but nothing has been done about it. The pavement it is encroaching is a pavement that children walk down from abbey primary school and it’s getting to the point where they have to step into the road to avoid it. This is quite unacceptable and is potentially putting them at risk.

Numerous potholes, 20th July
These potholes have been getting worse for months. They are just prior to a hairpin bend and I have personally witnessed 4 RTA,s due to vehicles trying to avoid them by moving to the wrong side of the road and subsequently colliding with vehicles coming in the other direction.

Overhanging and Falling Branches, 5th October
The tree located in the lane to the size of #33 Wrenwood is severely overgrown.
Large branches are falling into the back garden, one of which has made contact with our young daughter.
The tree overhangs a lane used frequently by school children. Branches are interfering with the phone mast and there is a constant fear that the lager branches will fall and make contact with the roof / house itself.
It’s dangerous and needs cutting back/down.

Large branch hanging down from ash tree in lane, 2nd October
There is a large branch hanging down from a tree in the lane behind 31 wrenwood neath. My neighbour has also tried to report it. If that falls down on someone or a child or pet it could cause serious harm as it is hanging by a thread and will fall directly in the footpath and people walk up there frequently. There are always branches falling off these trees some into my garden and I have a young child and pets. I believe the council don't own the land but someone needs to take responsibility before someone get injured or worse.

Road sign upside down on Cadoxton Road (A4230), 7th July
Roundabout ahead warning sign is upside down and needs repairing. It is on Cadoxton Road (A4230) on approach to the roundabout with Penywern Road (A474) and Lidl. It is a lit sign and appears to have the unit number ‘A005’. Please see image attached for reference.

Overgrown and diseased trees need cutting down, 2nd April
There are a number of trees and brambles on the back lane (Neath Council owned property). The trees are overgrown and appear to be diseased and one of the main problems is the leaves are falling onto my garden steps which make the steps very slippery there are also branches falling off and entering into my garden, one narrowly missed my child a few days ago. The trees are also blocking the light in my rear garden. A number of the trees have been previously been cut and the remaining trees appear to have been forgotten. Because this is a health and safety issue this needs to be looked at urgently.
