Cars and Vans are parked on Maureen Terrace in Seaham, causing obstruction to oncoming traffic., 13th February
When travelling East bound into Seaham from Dalton-le-Dale, Cars and Vans are parked on Maureen Terrace and continuing on a blind corner which is also on a hill, which is severely obstructing visibility, and only allowing single flow of traffic on the main road. At times the only way to check for oncoming traffic is to try look underneath parked vehicles. The West bound side of Street already has designated parking bays and there's plenty of parking in the surrounding streets. This has been ongoing for years now. Double Yellow lines on the eastbound side of the road would be beneficial.

A big branch has been brocken off a tree in the grassed area behind Normanby Close.
Can this be cleared up and the rest of the tree trimmed as it is overhanging my garden. If the branch had been on the other side of the tree it would have hit and damaged my house and may have easily caused injuries.
