White paint will not remove from pavement Outreach, 7th July
Outreach came to fix a cable fault, marking the pavement with white paint. When the job was completed we jet washed and scrubbed this several times but it will not come off.This was in May 2020.We contacted Outreach and have an email to pass on to you.

Very large deep pothole on the junction. Dangerous as vehicles are veering into the middle of the road trying to avoid it when turning, 21st October

Eroding road imposing hedgerows, 30th September
Due to the imposing hedgerows and the erosion of the road on the opposite side this road has now become virtually impossible and causes damage to the paintwork of cars using it. I have a new car and I’m unable to use it to visit the horses due to the state of the road. It’s now become too difficult to pull a horse trailer up the lane and there is a risk of axle damage occurring due to erosion on the other side of the road. This has now been reported three times by ourselves and also by other people. Can you please give this some priority? Our need is very urgent. Someone is going to be injured or sustained serious vehicle damage on this road soon if it’s not repaired properly and if the hedgerow is not cut back very soon. Your assistance will be much appreciated. Thank you

Dangerous road surface, 12th March
Awful road surface. Recently filled potholes but these have opened up again. On the bend so you need to swerve around the holes meaning there is traffic on the wrong side of the road on a bend.

Vehicles dumped. Scrap vehicle parts on verge., 31st December
Scrap vehicles frequently left on verge and roadside. Scrap vehicle parts left too. Their presence is dangerous making an already narrow lane more difficult to pass, particularly at night due as the overhanging trees make this section particularly dark. Scrap cars piled high against hedge with risk of falling into road.
General eyesore on pretty country lane.

Tarmack breaking up around drain cover right on the bend of Uplands Avenue. Getting impossible to avoid it. Has been repaired in the past. Needs doing properly

Massive potholes x5, 7th March
Large deep potholes on both sides of the lane. Worst one on the inside of the blind bend. Another two almost opposite the turning for Hulme. Personally it would probably be cheaper to resurface (properly) the whole section as this seems to happen every winter!
