Road surface breaking around drains, 14th March
On the left-hand side of the road heading into Leek, there are five or six drains where the road surface is breaking-up around the covers and will shortly be a hazard to road users.and that stretch of road in the village is a bit dangerous anyway, so cyclists swerving to avoid the holes will add to the risks. I will add that I use the road most days and I have observed the problem for at least two weeks.

Northbound traffic light sensor appears defective, 26th January
It appears that northbound traffic is not detected - when there is no southbound traffic, the lights immediately turn red. Every morning this year, there's been a 1 mile queue northbound leading up to the traffic lights. This morning when I eventually made it through the junction after 20 mins, there was no eastbound traffic, and two cars waiting westbound.

Hedges, 11th September
The area located on the map is a pavement where the hedge from the adjoining property grows over the pavement to about half way across. Also the pavement has 3 inch deep holes where the topping has been displaced this area covers different patches of pavement for the next 100 yards.I have complained to the council about a dozen times in the last 12 months but have been completely ignored. This is in a 30mph area BUT there is no street lighting so pedestrians are particularly vunerable in the dark
