Opposite Morrison, 1st May
If you think the repair you have done is sufficient, think again, this is disgusting. The road needs digging up and resurfacing properly there. Cars are still going on the other side of the road to avoid this.

Congleton Road North between the travellers Rest public house and church lane Odd Rode, 28th April
I was driving along the road on Sunday 21 April 2024 in the early afternoon. I hit a deep pothole which I did not see and as a consequence I have suffered damage to my car. The road along this stretch has been in a very very poor state for several weeks.
I had to to take my car to my local garage and they discovered as a result of the deep pothole, my car suffered a broken spring on the front passenger side. Also the bracket and bearing have also had to be replaced. My friend took me back on Wednesday 24 April 2024 to check the pothole and take a photo but men were already working along that stretch tarmacing the holes so I have do not have any photos to support my claim. My car was with the garage from Wednesday 24 April 2024 until Friday 26 April 2024 whilst the repairs were being done.
The total cost was £358.07 which I feel very aggrieved about and can ill afford to pay.
I wish to claim full reimbursement from Cheshire East Council . Receipt can be provided.
Yours sincerely
Miss Rosemare Shilkoff

A34 opposite Morrisons, 26th April
This road has been full of potholes for months if not years. Your so called repairers came, dropped some tarmac into the holes, stamped it down and left it. This piece of road has already caused accidents and now its still not safe, if a cyclist or motorbike rider goes over it there is a very really chance they will fall off, to say nothing of the damage being done to vehicles bouncing over it, the trucks will have it destroyed in a few weeks, and cars are still avoiding it by going round on the wrong side of the road. You need to stop employing cowboys and get the road surface repaired properly, once, instead of botched numerous times.

On the A34 Just after the joining from cinderhill Lane, 20th April
There is a series of pothold spanning the width of the carriage way (north bound). They are deep and unavoidable without going into the Incomming lane. This is causing damage to vehicles including mine and could cause serious harm to bike users. The potsholes have been there now for over 2 months and have got progressively worse. It is also causing traffic disruption in a residential area as motorists are breaking suddenly or swerving to avoid it into Incomming traffic.

A34 both directions, 14th April
Numerous large potholes on both sides of the road, impossible to avoid, although there have been numerous near-misses when traffic has taken avoiding action. The surface of the road is a disgrace considering it’s an ‘A’ road, and the volume of traffic it handles. It needs addressing immediately
