If you think the repair you have done is sufficient, think again, this is disgusting. The road needs digging up and resurfacing properly there. Cars are still going on the other side of the road to avoid this.

Congleton Road North between the travellers Rest public house and church lane Odd Rode, 28th April
I was driving along the road on Sunday 21 April 2024 in the early afternoon. I hit a deep pothole which I did not see and as a consequence I have suffered damage to my car. The road along this stretch has been in a very very poor state for several weeks.
I had to to take my car to my local garage and they discovered as a result of the deep pothole, my car suffered a broken spring on the front passenger side. Also the bracket and bearing have also had to be replaced. My friend took me back on Wednesday 24 April 2024 to check the pothole and take a photo but men were already working along that stretch tarmacing the holes so I have do not have any photos to support my claim. My car was with the garage from Wednesday 24 April 2024 until Friday 26 April 2024 whilst the repairs were being done.
The total cost was £358.07 which I feel very aggrieved about and can ill afford to pay.
I wish to claim full reimbursement from Cheshire East Council . Receipt can be provided.
Yours sincerely
Miss Rosemare Shilkoff

A34 opposite Morrisons, 26th April
This road has been full of potholes for months if not years. Your so called repairers came, dropped some tarmac into the holes, stamped it down and left it. This piece of road has already caused accidents and now its still not safe, if a cyclist or motorbike rider goes over it there is a very really chance they will fall off, to say nothing of the damage being done to vehicles bouncing over it, the trucks will have it destroyed in a few weeks, and cars are still avoiding it by going round on the wrong side of the road. You need to stop employing cowboys and get the road surface repaired properly, once, instead of botched numerous times.

Dangerous road surface, 12th April
The north direction carriageway of this road has an area across the whole width of the carriageway which is riddled with depressions and poholes of varying depths. The area referred to is at least 4m x 7m and totally unavoidable when approaching the traffic lights a short way ahead. This area of the road has been in this conditiion (and getting worse) for several months now. Surely it is time it received some remedial work.

Northbound carriageway A34, 9th April
The road surface has completely disintegrated and is an appalling state requiring immediate attention. I am already aware this has caused a collision as cars are having to slow down to negotiate the issue, which is significant and large. We are also experiencing significant vibration in our property from this and other issues south of the reported problem, possibly from other potholes but possibly from a apparent loose manhole cover adjacent to Church Lane. This issue with the road surface in particular is many weeks old and nothing appears to have been done.

Large patch of northbound side opposite Cinderhill Lane, 7th April
For many months a large area the whole width of the northbound side of A34 has been breaking up & is now so difficult to drive on that traffic is swerving around it or braking violently as they drive over it to avoid damage to their vehicles. You couldn't safely ride a bike on it at all. It does not meet the standard expected for an A road to comply with Section 41 of the Highways Act
