Abandoned wheelie bin in access road., 28th November
A grey wheelie bin has been abandoned in the access road behind Olive Grove (What3words location: mime/wicked/fastening). It does not seem to belong to any nearby houses. It is full of building debris and is too heavy for me to move, but it is a bit of a nuisance to get my car around. It has been there since August.

Poles and debris left by council landscaping., 25th November
Following the foliage clearing of Olive Grove (8th Nov) a number of metal poles, wooden fence-posts and sizeable chunks of concrete were left loose on site. Children are now using these to block public paths and gates. Please could they be collected?

Strong toxic odour, 4th August
The gasses from Walleys Quarry have seeped inside the house. I have a headache and have had to shut all of the windows on this warm night. The odor is a toxic gas smell and is making me feel faint and dizzy.

ODOUR! Walleys landfill, 4th August
It absolutely stinks on our house of the vile, acrid, pungent smell of toxic gas. The windows are shut despite the heat and the smell is still seeping in. Myself and my wife both have sore and bleeding noses and sore throats and itchy eyes. We live 2.8 miles away in Chesterton. The smell is gas like in nature and you can taste it when you breathe in.

Walleys Landfill - Odour and symptoms, 2nd August
I have been kept awake overnight with a horrendous smell from the landfill that has permeated the whole of my house. I have woke up with sore, inflamed and bloody nasal cavities and I have a sore mouth from, presumably, inhaling toxic fumes all night. In addition to the putrid chemical smell, I have been able to smell a burning rubber smell too. I live 2.8 miles away from the site in a north easte direction. I would place the smell overnight at a 6.

Stench from landfill, 2nd August
The stench in my house tonight is making me feel sick it’s that bad. I’ve had to close all windows and block all air vents up and can still smell it. My dog will not go out for his night time wee cos the smell is that bad tonight.
