Blocked outfall culvert by under carrage to St Josephs Playing Fields, 9th April
We think hat the culvert that runs under the A500 above the Sports Centre and Playing Fields is blocked causing build up of water flooding car park and sports fields.
This seems to have been blocked for around 8 weeks.

On the northbound exit slip road, just before the traffic lights, there are potholes on both sides of the left hand lane that are in line with both of your tyres. You can't avoid it. They are getting deeper and deeper.

Large deep potholes could cause severe tyre and wheel damage and blow out on the bend of the junction. This needs correcting ASAP. I can see this has been reproted several times before! Extremely dangerous.

Pothole on northbound slip road M6 Jct 15, 3rd January
Large and potentially dangerous pothole located on northbound slip road jct 15 of M6. Hard to avoid as road user is concentrating on merging onto the motorway as opposed to road surface. This pothole has caused damage to my vehicle. I use this slip road every weekday and have not noticed or driven over this pothole previously so believe it may be new.

Lane position, 27th June
Between junction 14 and 19 of the m6 where there are now 4 lanes drivers do not move into left lanes because they are confused. Drivers are now in queues in the fast lane with 3 fairly empty slower lanes and others are undertaking It was safer with narrow lanes and 50mph limit. Could the overhead signs advise drivers to move to empty left lanes.
