Catchpit sump not emptied properly and contents dumped in gutter, 20th April
Catchpit sump not emptied properly and contents dumped in gutter. Rained this week and rain has spread the contents along 20 metres of the kerbside gutter covering it in a thick sludge. Have already cleared the edge of the road from leaves and debris a month ago and hosed it clean. It's worse than before now with mud emptied from catchpit.

Vehicles blocking footpath and parked on junction, 25th January
These 2 vehicles are constantly parked almost blocking the footpath. One is parked on the junction and the other opposite a traffic island making it difficult to pass.
