Loose manhole, 10th February
The manhole on the main street \weldon avenue is loose and rattling it's not the cover it's the surrounding base it is a busy road not only causing noise all the time but can be dangerouse if its gets worse

Very deep holes around grid in road near grass verge, 14th May
The holes have been there for a long time and are getting worse. the grid is beginning to look unsafe and with all the extra cyclists using this road it is very dangerous for them to swerve around it

Eroding road imposing hedgerows, 30th September
Due to the imposing hedgerows and the erosion of the road on the opposite side this road has now become virtually impossible and causes damage to the paintwork of cars using it. I have a new car and I’m unable to use it to visit the horses due to the state of the road. It’s now become too difficult to pull a horse trailer up the lane and there is a risk of axle damage occurring due to erosion on the other side of the road. This has now been reported three times by ourselves and also by other people. Can you please give this some priority? Our need is very urgent. Someone is going to be injured or sustained serious vehicle damage on this road soon if it’s not repaired properly and if the hedgerow is not cut back very soon. Your assistance will be much appreciated. Thank you

3 inch pothole on main street. On the corner.cars parked either side. Unable to avoid. The long stretch of road has quite a few issues, 7th May
Pothole in the road. Went over it today on way home. Unable to avoid it. And it split the inside of my tyre. My back tyre which have no damage on them at all before this occurrence. I had to spend at least 40 minutes changing the tyre due to the terrible condition of the road. That whole road has quite a few pot holes. Now I am going to have to pay to get at least a 2 new tyres. The issue occured Monday 7th may 2018 at 2.30pm. The potholes have been there for 2 years. That's the time have lived at this address and I'm pretty sure they have been there longer

Very loose inspection cover, 11th January
Inspection cover in the road (end of the driveway of number 436 Weston Road in direction of Leek Road) has come loose again during the poor weather. It's now worse than ever, the noise when a large vehicle hits it can be heard streets away and close up it sounds like the cover is about to shatter. The cover is in the flow of traffic and it's a very busy road.

Loose, noisy inspection cover, 2nd September
There is a loose and noisy inspection cover opposite 438 Weston Road on the side heading towards the lights. It is in line with flow of traffic on a busy road so at times it sounds like I'm living next to a train track. It has been "fixed" twice in the past 18 months but the problem seems to reoccur following bouts of heavy rainfall.

Two loose inspection covers, 3rd July
There are two lose inspection covers on Weston Road by the Pelican Crossing. One either side of the road, and due to heavy traffic at most times of the day this is creating constant metallic banging noises in the nearby homes.

Caravan has been dumped, 4th April
A caravan has been dumped on Caverswall Common ST11 9EU. It appears to contain old furniture and rubbish. The caravan was dumped on Thursday 31st March, 2016 between 18:30 and 20:00. This may or not be relevant but I was arriving home at approx 19:00 and I passed a silver transit van speeding away from the area that the caravan was dumped I did not get a registration number as at the time I did not realise that anything had been dumped as it is sited further up the road from my home and it was only when I went out again later that evening that I noticed it there.

Loose/noisy grid in the road, 21st February
There is a loose inspection point cover between 435 Weston Road and Warner Drive (on the side heading towards Park Hall Road traffic lights). Almost every vehicle passing down that road hits this cover and makes a loud banging sound. This sound is clearly audible in all surrounding homes.

Bus speeding past nightly around 1 am,, 14th April
Been happening for a few weeks now, very noisy very fast for a bus, goes down towards caverswall and sometimes returns in around 7 minutes. I can not find a bus timetable that covers this.
