The speed limit is 50 but in the last week or so 3 new 40 mph signs have appeared on the North bound carriageway. 2 before roundabout and one on roundabout creating hazardous confusion ., 14th May
3 incorrect 40mph signs have appeared on a 50 mph area where there is also speed camera, roundabout and traffic lights which causes confusion and is therefore a hazard.

Bushes blocking the footpath, 10th May
Still nothing has been done about the hedges / bushes blocking part of the pavement , this has been reported before and it is never resolved and is getting ridiculous at a few points along this road

Deep pothole in road surface getting bigger and deeper, 25th April
Pothole been here for around 6 weeks, getting worse, I live on the bend at the last house at 57 Twining Brook Road and this hole is at the start of Shiredale Close and as cars drive over quite fast at times, it sounds bad.Its opposite lampost number 23

Pathway overgriwn, 14th April
Coming from Glendon drive going down beechfield road towards ravenous road , on the left hand side starting at the flats and going on for a few houses the hedges and bushes are overgrowing the footpath , in some places taking over half of the pavement , I have reported this every year , sometimes they are trimmed slightly but nowhere near enough . I know my neighbours have reported this as well so action needs to be taken

Double yellow have been installed on corner of Preesall Ave/Stalmine Ave but repeatedly vehicles visiting house on corner ignore them, parking directly over them as photo shows. Regrettably, it’s not a one-off but a regular occurrence with other vehicles too., 5th March

There’s a skip outside Loona restaurant on Station Road which doesn’t have a light on it, which is dangerous for parking vehicles.

Unsafe van parked on top of another van, 25th February
A van parked on top of a pick up truck has been there for 3 days. Unsafe, it’s not fully on the back of the truck and the ramps are still on the ground with the van half on the truck and half on the ramps touching the road still. The van is also filled with scrap metal metal, bonnet missing so exposed engine. also the door keeps flying open into oncoming traffic as there is not a lock or an inside on the door. Very dangerous not only for incoming traffic but also people walking passed or cars going passed as it’s unstable heavy van and the door keeps flying open into traffic.
