The manhole cover on Dukinfield Road A627 opposite 267/Old Dairy Mews is loose and noisy as vehicles drive over it and potentially dangerous. There is an intermittent water leak in the centre of the pavement. Previously report, but fresh tarmac was just laid on top of the leak without fixing the leak. Water is now breaking up through the fresh tarmac

Parking in a double yellow line area that blocks site of oncoming traffic, 6th March
The residents at 135 Mottram Road which is a business park their vehicles on the corner which block the path sight on on-coming traffic. This poses a great danger when trying to exit Taylor Street. There is plenty of room to park on Taylor Street but they do not do this. Your traffic enforcement officer have been up and have indeed ticketed one vehicle. However they need to in my humble opinion check it daily for a few weeks at different times to stop the others who illegally park there putting us at direct risk .

Cant get bins out, 28th February
There is a van and cars that park up regular for days up the side of the houses between 21 and 23 clarendon street. so all the houses are struggling to put bins out as we cant get past the van which parks there most of the time .we have gates from the houses to access down the side between 21 and 23 but we just cant get out.would be ideal with a bollard there.who do i speak to about this.

Parking Issues / Highway Obstruction, 16th February
We have rear access gates that are used to communal access, and bin collection. The gates sometimes get blocked by cars / vans parking fully on the pavement and making this a fire hazard. Could you please tell me how we go about having one post or concrete bollard in front on the gates to prevent this from happening.
