Traffic lights cause huge back log of traffic, 14th April
The traffic lights for Stalybridge road and market street do not have right turn signals, therefore the traffic is constantly back-logged on Stalybridge road. It takes 15-30mins to leave Stalybridge road when turning right onto Hyde road because only 1-2 cars can turn at each green light. This is a problem each and every day. Can it be considered to place turn signals at this junction to allow better traffic flow please.

Parking in a double yellow line area that blocks site of oncoming traffic, 6th March
The residents at 135 Mottram Road which is a business park their vehicles on the corner which block the path sight on on-coming traffic. This poses a great danger when trying to exit Taylor Street. There is plenty of room to park on Taylor Street but they do not do this. Your traffic enforcement officer have been up and have indeed ticketed one vehicle. However they need to in my humble opinion check it daily for a few weeks at different times to stop the others who illegally park there putting us at direct risk .

Vehicles obstructing oncoming traffic at the junction of Taylor Street and Mottram Road, 22nd February
Parking vehicles on a junction adjoining a main road, particularly at the intersection of Taylor Street, poses a severe safety risk to both motorists and pedestrians. This reckless practice forces vehicles exiting Taylor Street to dangerously edge out into oncoming traffic, hindering visibility and increasing the likelihood of accidents. It is crucial to highlight the potentially life-threatening consequences of this action, emphasizing the urgent need for responsible parking behavior. Encouraging drivers to park on Taylor Street instead of the junction could significantly mitigate this danger and help ensure the safety of all road users. The company at 135 Mottram Road also display a sign that also impedes drivers visibility.
