Between Chelford Train Station Bridge and Chelford Roundabout A537, 22nd April
All of the drains between the Chelford Train Station Bridge and Chelford Roundabout are blocked causing continuous dangerous flooding on the A537 specifically standing water opposite the Village Hall. This is a continuous ongoing problem. The drains were last cleaned back in 2020.

Property at 13 Ashcroft Drive, 10th April
I have two trees in my garden which have TPOs. Both have large branches which extend over a public walkway. In the recent storms i have been worried that they could break and would like to cut them before they snap.

Corner of Chelford Road and Dixon Drive, 29th February
The hedge (evergreen firs) have been left to grow onto the pavement at the rear of “The Coach House”, Grangewood Drive. It is very difficult to walk along Chelford Road (A537) without having to step into the road! It is impossible to walk with another pedestrian without being in the road and anyone faced with an oncoming pedestrian has to walk in the road. Anyone with a pram or pushchair would find it very difficult and dangerous. Urgent attention is required before someone is knocked down.

Every time we have heavy rain, this stretch of road floods and, of late, more than ever. The bin men and delivery people are struggling to get through it. They can’t see what they are walking on and may get injured. When it’s like this I can’t walk out of my property or even to the gate without being drenched by a passing car. Please come and fix it.

Flooding, 22nd February
2 areas of the side gully is blocked and water has risen and is flooding the road. It is becoming very very muddy and water levels are high to drive through. This is causing the lane to be unsafe and a danger to drivers and vehicles. Work van has become stuck in the gully this morning. I believe you have been notified. Urgent action is now needed on this lane to make it safe to use.
