Two large potholes getting worse by the day been there at least 4 weeks across the road joining moss Lane from East park road. Getting harder to avoid these as they are getting deeper and wider across the junction. I have had a damaged wheel from a previous pothole I don't want another.

There are deep holes hidden in the grass verge. It looks like they should have a lid/top on them. They are very dangerous.

Pothole just after the speed bump and prior to the left turn into Larch Ave., 25th April
This pothole is growing deeper daily and cars are taking action to avoid the pothole thus travelling on the wrong side of the road. Concerned because this is a location where in the past there has been a serious traffic accident involving a pedestrian crossing the road.

Pavement outside 119 Chestergate, 25th April
A broken pavement flag. Has been reported before and was packed in with sand. Due to the weather this did not last and it is now a danger hazard. I see people on a daily basis tripping on the flag as it sticks up. This flag need replacing.

Outside of 29 Union Street., 25th April
Attended from United Utilities for Wastewater blockage. Upon arrival it is actually a blocked highway gully that requires sucking out and rodding. Water pooling in the road around the houses here.

Westminster Road from Coare Street to Crematorium, 24th April
Repair has been carried out earlier this week to some of the potholes along the road. The repairs have not been sealed at the edges and it is a very poor job, with alot of potholes missed.

Hurdsfield Road Nosh and Breks side, 24th April
This is the 3rd time in as many weeks I've had to report this. The button on the crossing is not working again. It gets repaired then a few days later the same problem returns. As a wheelchair user I rely on this crossing to get onto Commercial Road using the dropped kerbs.

Filter light!, 24th April
If there is more than 1 car turning right from ivy lane onto congleton road it’s impossible for cars behind to go straight on to park lane. Most of the time the cars going right onto congleton road from ivy lane have to go through a red light to turn because there’s little chance to turn with the on coming traffic. If the traffic lights coming from park lane heading in the congleton road/ivy lane/Oxford road direction turned red for 30 seconds before the lights the opposite way, this would stop the congestion on ivy lane, stop cars going through red lights onto congleton road and make the already dangerous junction a lot safer. I drop my daughter at Macclesfield academy every day on my way to work from ivy road to the school it takes me 25 minutes at least! I’m sure there are thousands of people who use the same route every day would agree.

A patch of road between 52 and 54 fence Avenue, 24th April
The road surface has been worn away by the road sweeper from David Wilson Holes. This has left a patch of tarmac from historical road works raised proud almost like a speed hump. The road work tarmac stretches from one side of the road to the other numbered (1) in the picture. As vehicle drive over this it is a hump in the road and it is causing our house to shake. When a van or truck hits it it shakes out house so much it wakes me and my family up it is so ferocious

Corner approach of Haldene Road/Chester Road, 23rd April
Repeated issue. Previously actioned.
It appears that a resident of the apartments at the corner approach of Haldene Road/Chester Road is using the pavement as an ash tray by flicking cigarette ends from the window onto the footpath.
This issue has been ongoing for a number of months.

Corner of crompton rd and Chester rd, 23rd April
These bins are full, and there is waste at the side of them and we have seen rats coming from them this has been going on for quite a while. People have to nearly go onto the road to get past, there is a yard where they could keep them instead of on the pavement
