The time delay waiting for the lights to turn red to allow pedestrians to cross is excessive. I cross this road twice a day and on many occasions I cross the road when the lights are still green (for vehicles) as there is nothing coming. It won't be long before a child or infirm adult will be seriously injured.

Pothole opened up again in centre of carriageway. This area needs resurfacing rather than just patching to stop it re-occurring every few weeks

Outside 11 Westminster Road, 7th May
Large pothole outside 11 Westminster Road (SK10 3AH). This is causing my house to shake when vehicles go over it, cracks appearing in my plaster due to the vibration of vehicles particularly trucks and buses. I watched the workmen fill some potholes on Westminster Road a few weeks ago but many left, they worked for a couple of hours and then sat in their van from 12:30 until 16:00 then drove off, it’s like living in a 3rd world country. What a waste of money, what are our taxes paying for.

In the road channel when driving to Tytherington Lane, outside Dumbah Cottage., 5th May
In the channel on the house side approximately on the bend at Dumbah Cottage there is a fairly large pothole, which is difficult to avoid as you drive close to the channel with this being on a bend. This could easily damage wheels and tyres / cause an accident / injury.

Manhole cover just south of the dumb lane junction, 5th May
The surfacing around the manhole cover has come out leaving a rectangular pothole between the frame and cover and the main road surfacing. This could (and will) easily damage tyres and wheels and could cause an accident for cyclists / motorcyclists.

Between 48 and 50 Heybridge Lane, 5th May
A large indentation in road surface which looks to have been previously repaired- approximately 1.5m square which is now causing serious noise and vibration as larger vehicles ( coaches/ lorries, skips etc) pass by. This literally causes furniture to shake within the house and this has got significantly worse within the last few months and this maybe due to the major building works happening all along Heybridge Lane currently

Uneven footpath , outside dub holistic ,due to this I have tripped and fallen on my face causing severe pain and bruising and a suspected broken wrist ! This area has been marked with an arrow but still not fixed .

At the side of 31 there is a lane walk way, 3rd May
On kingsway number 31 they are flicking 100s of cigarette buds on the lane at the side of the fence and its not nice for the people that walk down the lane it has been going on some time now and it is happening more and more

Mound on Lavenham Close, 3rd May
Have noticed the grass verges etc on the Tytherington Estate have been cut twice now, but once again the mound on Lavenham Close has been missed out. This happens every year, that once the verges start to get cut on the Estate, one of us on Lavenham have to remind the council to cut the grass on Lavenham too. Also, in the past, when they do come eventually to cut, they just seem to mow the top of the mound and fail to cut the sides. So, from eye level it doesn't look cut! Hope you can help with this matter as the cul-de-sac is beginning to look very untidy. Also, would you know who to contact about the old, rusty railings around the mound, they desperately need a paint! Many thanks for your help.

Abbey Road, outside Primary School, 1st May
The height of the sign, given that it juts out over the pavement is a hazard to pedestrians. The sign is plain grey on the reverse side and caused a nasty gash to the right side of my head which luckily didn’t require stitches.
