Missing five way sign, 28th February
I reported this three months ago and then again around 4 weeks ago. The Give Way sign is missing as you head west along Lodge Farm Road at the junction with Lilley Bottom Rd. There are no road markings and there has already been a serious RTA at the junction. At night you would have no idea that you needed to give way.

Tree on phone cable, 7th January
There is a large dead ash tree at the side of the road and a large branch is hanging from the phone cable. There is a large dead limb which if it falls will bring down the phone line.

Very large Pothole (3m squared) slow lane of A505, 16th May
A505 Eastbound from Luton towards Hitchin a very large pothole just befor the brow of Offley hill where full layers of tarmac have come away. The pothole is very deep and very wide. This large hole is in the slow traffic lane of the dual carriageway, covering at least 2/3 of the lane. Difficult to avoid without either causing damage to vehicle or causing an accident! Extremely dangerous - PLEASE RECTIFY AS A MATTER OF URGENCY!!
