The Whole of Lilley Bottom Road, 3rd March
There are potholes along the whole lane on the edges and centre. Large potholes. My tyre was burst on the lane, as was my friend's. Especially dangerous when they're concealed by surface water. The issue has been present the whole of winter. It is a very well used road.

Very deep tyre damaging pothole, 22nd November
This pothole is at the pinch point as the road narrows near the top of the hill, left hand side as you are going up. If someone is coming down it's unavoidable. Been here for 6 months or more but getting worse (wider and deeper).

The road surface has collapsed around drains, 18th November
The road surface has collapsed around both drains, opposite each other on either side of road where the road narrows. The drains are blocked and don’t drain. Road users need to know they cannot drive through the puddles as they are very deep holes. Please provide cones or warning signs as a minimum…

The village name sign was knocked down by contractors dealing with a dead tree 18 months ago, and has not been replaced. Speeding cars are a problem in this location possibly because drivers are not aware that they are entering a village.

Drains blocked on road, 10th August
Two road drains blocked, one at the junction of Butchers Lane/Church Lane and the second in Church Lane outside Wildwood. There are high voltage electricity cables in the verge - it is imperative these drains are kept free-flowing, so the verges don't end up waterlogged.

Damage has been caused by passing vehicles to parked vehicles opposite on three occasions.
