Road Gully Colapsing, 14th February
Road Gully, at the junction of Buttons Lane and the High Street, Whitwell, Herts. The Road Gully, which is blocked and collapsing. It is positioned at a major foot crossing point. People get soaked in foul water, when waiting to cross the High Street as vehicles wheels drop into the depressed gully. It also thumps and vibrates the Grade II listed buildings adjacent, also keeping the occupants awake at night. I also consider it a tripping hazard. It been like this for years !

2x Sizable potholes appeared this week. Difficult to avoid driving over them in either direction. Generally the road surface here is very poor.
