Churchill way l, old bridge way, 27th April
This road is atrocious! Whilst I understand the council don town the road??? Well perhaps the council should make who does accountable. It’s dangerous and will cause an accident and damage cars. People swerving all over the road to avoid the foot deep holes in the road. Someone is going to have a head on. Many cars have been reported to have been damaged along this road. I urge you to look into this road and ‘encourage’ who does own the road to repair it or CPO the streets of they can’t maintain them. It’s awful and shocking that it’s been allowed to get this dangerous.

Churchill Way, Shefford, 26th April
This road is dreadful! I drive slowly and try to avoid the potholes here every day but today there was oncoming traffic so was unable to move, which has resulted in a blow out and a cost of £160! Who do I contact to get reimbursed? I can see this road has been reported a number of times already.

Lamp column has been hit and is leaning. Needs to be made safe and replaced/straightened. Not sure if it number 605 but can't miss it! Replaced not long ago!

Entrance to Priory Gate where the pavement and small area of front lawn was dug up for Power cable works,, 18th April
My issue is that the grass is mine and where it borders the pavement there used to be concrete edging making a nice separation. The workman dug up the edging as part of the repair work, fair enough. But then when making good have neglected to replace the edging.

On the roundabout for A600 and A507, 15th April
The signpost for A507 Ampthill is facing northwards up the A600 instead of westwards. This is noticeable when travelling east along the A507 on reaching the roundabout. The sign should be visible to drivers approaching the roundabout from the west on the A507. The sign needs swivelling to point the correct way.

Amptill Road shefford, 15th April
All of the road opposite the industrial estate has serious pot holes which can’t be seen when filled with rain water & causes a serious danger to vehicles & seriously dangerous for bicycles which could result in serious injury.

Hi, I reported a damaged bollard, it was inspected and deemed to not require any work. The bollard has now been completely knocked over and the metal pins are exposed and potentially dangerous.

Shefford high street, 28th March
Tripped and fell because of a missing paving slab. It happened between a barbers and the church, St Francis was possibly ots name. Smashed my knee, ripped trousers, wrecked my boots. It's obviously been missing quite a while as there's plenty of debris in it

Shefford Bypass between Shefford and Deadman's Cross - section near Rowney Warren Wood, 28th March
Member of public reported to us (Wildlife Trust BCN) that they had seen lots of deer casualties on this stretch of road recently... Given that these can cause serious traffic accidents, as well as the loss of the deers' lives the member of public wanted to request that 'warning deer' signs are put up either end of this stretch of road - on the Shefford Bypass between Deadmans' Cross and Shefford - the part that borders Rowney Warren Wood.
