Overgrown weeds and plants across footpath, 24th April
At the side of 100 Mendip way, in Whernside Drive, the pavement is covered with brambles and other vegetation. needs to be cut back and removed. I presume the housing in this area is Social, so they will be expecting the Councils to do this work.

Overgrown hedge causing problems for footpath users, 24th April
On Mendip way there is a hedge in front of what I presume are Council owned properties which has never been maintained and is now causing problems for users of the footpath. At it's base, the fallen leaves of years gone by are full of litter as the householders behind the hedge have all their bins along the back of it. Will you arrange to have the hedge cut back and all the leaves and litter removed. Obviously the residents behind the area have no interest in this problem, and are also part of the problem with litter, not being placed within their bins. Photos to follow

Potholes in centre of the road, 23rd April
Along Great Ashby Way, just West of Blackdown Close, there are numerous potholes in the centre of the road. bad as this is, some inconsiderate person insists on parking every afternoon/evening adjacent to the holes forcing drivers into the oncoming lane, but also prompting the 2 nearside wheels of vehicles to drive into the potholes. These photos were taken over a month ago, and the holes are getting deeper and bigger because of the HGVs using this route daily to deliver to Budgens supermarket close to same location. Please repair this asap.

Buses using Bus Stop as Bus Stand, 22nd April
Why are buses using the Bus Stop close to the roundabout at Newcastle Close, Great Ashby, as a Bus Stand. is it because they need to adjust timing for the Bus Timetable. Why has this Stop not been designated a Stand? This is the most dangerous place to have a parked bus, as it's a blind bend leading to a high roundabout. cars heading East speed off the roundabout, so any vehicles trying to get around the parked buses are taking a big risk of head-on collision. Who thinks up these great ideas. Why is a circular bus route become a return bus route. I presume to service Morrisons supermarket at some later time, but it hasn't even been built yet, and there are no signs of anything happening any time soon. Here we have a parked bus, indicator flashing to turn left, engine running, yet driver out of the bus having a cigarette, yet passenger on the bus??? What is going on????

Fly tipping of fruit and veg, 11th March
Someone thinking they are doing good, is constantly dumping fruit and veg adjacent to the cycle path on the roundabout of Gresley way and Brimstone Drive. I presume they think they are feeding the muntjack deer that come to the area as it was once their pathway. By constantly placing this food here, they are encouraging the deer to come back, which is a problem of r both the seer and motorists using this street at night. Dumping fruit and veg is fly tipping. Will the person/s responsible for this please refrain from doing so. We have already had 3 deer killed in the past 12 months close to this roundabout, most likely because they know of the food supply close by.
