Road has crumbled away at the edge with the latest flooding leaving a nasty hole. Urgently needs attention. Photo attached travelling away from Watton at Stone. Hole is shown on the right hand side. Pin is on map exactly where hole is. If you come over the railway bridge, past a farm track on the right, slight bend to right - hole is a few yards on right hand side.

Large amounts of gravel on road, 15th May
Following the recent flash flooding on 9/5/23 large amounts of gravel have been washed into the road. Especially causing a skid risk. This is in numerous sections along the full length of Watton Road, between Datchworth crossroads and the bridge in Station Road Watton. Could do with a road sweeper urgently.

Blocked drain not on council map, 14th March
This blocked drain is causing a river of water continuously down the road. This drain is not marked on East Herts drain map. Reported in May 22 and still nothing done about it. Several large strips of the road missing at least 3 feet long, 2nd February
There are several large chunks of the road missing and several potholes in this location. It is a safety hazard as when you drive along this road the missing pieces of road pull your vehicle to the opposite carriageway into traffic. This has been present for at least 6 months if not longer.
