This car is blocking visibility and ambulances,refuse collecting, 10th May
This car never moves, entering Turpins no visibility forward, or right or left. Refuse chaps couldn’t get their lorry in and tree cutters were trapped. An ambulance will not get through or the Fire Brigade. This is not the first time it happens weekly and we need yellow lines. It puts life at risk as front line personnel cannot get in or out.

Between 34 and 15 Lilbourne Drive, Hertford. W3W sweat.banans.fans. Manhole cover (single) is loose and rocking in its setting. Every time a vehicle drives over it, it makes a loud clanking noise. This is a noise nuisance and is disturbing residents. It has been like this for several weeks.

Flytipped mattress, 24th March
This mattress has been left right in the middle of Hertford Town centre, at the junction of Dolphin Yard and Maidenhead Street. It is extremely unsightly and detracts from the appearance of the town centre. It has been there for some time and has not been removed despite various attempts to report it by nearby library staff.
