Drain needs digging out, 2nd April
Crew were clearing one drain last week. I spoke to them about the next one along but they said they could only do the one on their tablet. They said to report this one. Agreed it was ridiculous that they can only do the one called to and not the best. What a waste of money.

Pavement has become loose and uneven, 25th February
The paving stones adjacent to the road have become loose and uneven. This is outside 21 Sheepcote. Also, you can see the verge is damaged due to vans parking on this and damaging grass.

Moors walk shopping area. High volume of traffic, 20th February
Hugely busy as shopping locally and cheaper. I personally have a spinal condition and need to drive car short distance. I need to park as near as possible due to limitations on carrying. Holes are diabolical and I now avoid in the dark. When I am in terrible pain I don't want to go out later in day, now I can't due to concern about the potholes and possibly damage to my car.

Drain collapse in small car park Aldbury Grove AL7 2LD, 16th February
The drain cover has now broken and the drain hole is now collapsing it is a danger to anyone using this car park especially at night and could severely damage cars. this has been reported no of times as this caused flooding which has now caused this to happen

Excess stones by BP Mitchell Haulage quarry, 10th February
The B195 Cole Green Lane road has increasing loose stones in the surrounding area of the quarry entrance. I've now had 2 windscreen chips received in the same area so wish to report the issue to avoid other people having the same repair costs/insurance claims. The road is also increasingly dirty and road markings have poor visibility. It is not possible to take photos as there isn't a safe place to stop to do so. Also, very large trucks, frequently drive along the road at speed (area is 40 & 50mph), which could cause similar incidents with the existing state of the road.

Pothole, 31st January
Pothole which is very difficult to avoid as is long and always effects left tire. Avoiding would mean having to use the other lane which is dangerous on a blind bend. Sounds expensive.
