A previously patched sinkhole (not just a pothole) is now sinking again, 23rd February

A previously patched sinkhole (not just a pothole) is now sinking again, about 5-6 inches currently, the patch has also broken at the seams and water is pouring out of it from underneath, this is going to speed up the sinking as it will wash away whatever is left holding it sort of yp, it’s going to go completely very very soon. It narrows the road to an extent that any large vans or Lorrie’s, or I suspect emergency vehicles will not be able to pass, further, in the dark, some is going to hit it and wipeout not just a tyre but probably the entire wheel or axle. Finally, there is a lot of runners and cyclists, if they do not see it in the dark (there is no lighting) there could be a nasty accident.

A car has been left in a dangerous position- (passing place on a blind bend) in single track Ferry Road, Creeksea. It has been here for 3 weeks. It is a black Toyota Hi-lux, reg; M327BNO I tried to report it to Maldon Council, but the receptionist told me that the council does not deal with these matters and that I would have to contact DVLA. On contacting Essex County Council, I was told this is incorrect. Please advise.
