Big Trench and mess, 12th December
A big Van got stuck on the grass outside my lounge window this morning. No idea why they were up on the grass in the first place. The two guys in the van have left a big trench in the grass, thick mud all over the pavement and a palette lying on the pavement, that's now blocking the pavement. A lot of mess basically.

Safety Issue - Lack of safe pedestrian route, 29th November
As traffic is approaching the end of Poynters Lane, There is no pavement on either side of the road, given the proximity to Shoeburyness Train Station, lots of people who live in the village and are required to use the train to commute are forced to walk along this stretch on the road into oncoming traffic. Given the 60mph speed limit and sparse street lighting, even when cars are travelling at 40mph there is little time to react to someone walking in the road towards you, especially this time of year when it is dark by the time people arrive home from work.
I myself was driving this route, and when rounding the bend in the road was faced with someone in dark clothing walking in the road, there was traffic in the other lane and so couldn't move out the way and narrowly managed to stop before hitting them.
I now drive much slower around this bend but fear someone who doesn't frequent the road will end up seriously injuring or killing someone.
A pavement put along this small stretch, only around 100 metres or so, would remedy this issue and entirely remove this risk.

Very large Vehicle Blocking Turn around bay, 23rd October
Often this very large lorry keeps blocking the turnaround and keep clear bay in our street, it stops residents being able to turn around easily. Plus the bay is supposed to be kept clear at all times for Emergency Vehicles, which often park in the bay for residents of kestrel House. This guy has parked this huge lorry and again us residents can't use the bay for turning around again and if an Ambulance arrives (as they do), they won't be able to use the bay.

Abandoned Vehicle, 27th October
This huge vehicle parks in our small street where we have very little parking and takes up two spaces, it blocks pathways and a non parking bay for emergency vehicles and a turn around point for the dead end street. The neighbours around here, including us are not happy as this vehicle does not move for many, many months at a time and especially as the owner lives in Centurion Close. He is not a resident of Exeter Close.

Dangerous road edges the whole length of road, 5th September
Road edges were already eroded prior to a recent, apparent repair and subsequent resurfacing ( sprayed tar and loos gravel). However, there are still very dangerous areas the whole length of this road where the edges have either NOT been repaired properly or have since crumbled away, despite only being done a couple of months ago, where a car could rip a tyre as a result of having to pull over, or more seriously catch an edge and get pulled off the road into the ditch.
