Virgin cable guys are cracking the existing paths and damaging all of the paths, 10th April
Hi the virgin cable guys are so quick. They are putting holes in the paths and cracking the other cable surface. The paths are in a worst state with large machine cuts and holes that are all over every path they have gone into. You should send someone to look. As the paths are now far worse than when they started.

Drain and potholes, 10th April
Massive shockwaves and vibrations due to 30 tonn busses,40 tonn lorries and 60 plus tonn HGVs first hit a drain then a succession of repaired, re-repaired and re-re repaired potholes.the entire building shakes, floors bounce contently all day and night.Cracks are appearing in the structure of the building.it is becoming intolerable.

Drain flooding, 12th March
This drain frequently gets flooded, not just after it has rained. There is clearly a blockage somewhere. I have reported it before and was told to contact my local council (Rochford district council) but they said it's not them. Please can you assess because this is becoming a real nuisance. Sewage not draining from WC and sink slow drainage. This has happened 3-4 times in last 6 months.
