Just noticed this (within 3-4 days) part has snapped of the hooped section that returns to the opposite side of the gate. The whole part Will need to be replaced, but someone has left the broken section beside the gate. The cattle grid photo gives location of the gate. Seams a tad unfortunate as the gate had only just been fixed previously.

3 consectutive drains have serious holes around them, 25th April
On this section of road, there are three consecutive drains whereby the surrounding tarmac has beeen washed away and there now is a significant hole around each of them. The danger is here is double as you not only have the deep hole but also the sharp edge of the drain which can cause added damage to vehicles and bikes.

Van left close to corner, 30th March
Fiat van has been parked at an angle close to a junction for several weeks. Doesn't belong to any of the nearby residents and is in poor condition. Another vehicle in poor condition parked behind it even closer to the junction for several days has now been removed.

3 or 4 potholes, 28th March
Potholes that have been previously repaired several times are again open and road remnants scattered across the road and pavement. This road has had lots of HGV lorries using it as a cut through and causing more damage. A HGV causes 150,000 times that of a combustion engined family saloon.

Broken surface exposing sharp edges of metal plates, 28th March
This defect was reported almost a month ago. The surface has no broken leaving sharp exposed edges of metal covers. This is on a blind corner when turning into Station Road and not visible until almost on the defect. Position is VERY dangerous for cyclists/motor cyclists. Raised metal edges likely to rip tyres ...... This location has been previously repaired. An URGENT response and proper repair is now required

Uneven road surface covered in holes, 24th March
Been awful for months. Their botched repair job was the worst I have ever seen. Absolutely awful to drive down even at 5MPH, dangerous for drivers, cyclists, horse riders and especially motorcyclists!!

There is a aread of road between the entrance to Stanley Caravan park and the chicane bend that had multiple pot holes and the surface is now all breaking up in between.

Road has eroded away at edge leaving sharp edge and danger from incoming vehicles, 14th March
The actual road has eroded and fallen away leaving a void at the edge, immediately after a large pot hole & right on the blind bend forcing cars into the oncoming carriage way without being able to see vehicles coming towards from the blind bend.

Deep large pot hole right before blind bend, 14th March
This pothole is going to cause a serious accident as drivers are either braking abruptly or swerving to the other side of the road to avoid it but cannot see traffic coming from around the blind bend towards them. Very dangerous.

Pavement width reduced by overgrown hedge, 13th March
The pavement on the corner of Earlswood Park is reduced in width due to a severely over grown hedge in a property that has been allowed to overgrow into/onto the pavement. This also causes a hazard for vehicles as it causes a blind bend.
