Very large pot hole, 24th January
This hole is large, it is deep, it has a sharp edge so when a car hits it, it is like mounting a kerb. If a bike hit it I am sure would cause a crash, and break a wheel, likely to do so to a car soon if not repaired. I would be surprised if it has not already been reported

Large pot hole, 27th December
This pot hole appears to have been reported previously as it did have white spray paint around it. This has now faded as it was done so long ago. The hole has been there for at least 6 months and is getting bigger. I suspect it may cause damage to a vehicle, or worse cause damage and injury to a cyclist if it is not repaired

Pub wooden boxes right on edge of road, 20th September
Some wooden boxes have been positioned outside the Compass Inn right on the edge of the road. This is directly opposite the Barrow Hill Road junction. They could possibly cause people to have to walk in the road. They are also taking up valuable parking space which is causing even more parking along the road. The road regularly has large heavy farm vehicles and so anything positioned so close to the road edge effectively reduces the road width for passing safely

Traffic lights, 5th December
For the last two weeks there have been traffic lights here because someone has placed cones on a section of the highway which hasn’t been damaged at all. There is a digger that has been left on the verge ten feet from the highway and no obstruction other than the traffic cones. This has caused considerable disruption and seems utterly stupid and inconsiderate. I have also yet to see anyone doing anything at that site at all.
