Overhanging tree and shrubs on footpath on A334 Grange Road from traffic lights at Shamblehurst Lane to roundabout at Locke Road, right hand pavement going towards Botley. You have to duck under or sidestep overhanging branches. At one point nearer the roundabout there is a large branch across the footpath and you have to step in road to get round it, which is highly dangerous as this is a fast road.

Encroachment, 22nd April
On the left side of the road, in the direction of the roundabout. There are very thick tree branches sticking out, very low. If anyone has to pull in for any reason, these branches will cause serious damage or injury. They need cutting and removing asap

Dangerous pothole in area filled by Utility contractor after work on manhole. Subsidence and lack of sealing has cased this defect in a very short period. Defect apparent for three weeks.

4th time flytipping reported, 10th March
THIS IS THE 4th time reporting flytipping in OLD SHAMBLEHURST LANE, HEDGE END. The vegetation is still there. WHEN WILL IT BE COLLECTED? Also the lane and yellow lines are covered in mud encouraging illegal parking. The lane is NEVER cleaned and it needs to be done.

Large pothole areas, 8th March
This pot hole was not repaired when the repairs were being done. There is a long pothole on side of road and another pothole within a few yards. Both just before the 30 mile sign. They are full of water and cannot steer to miss them until its too late. The lane is narrow as it is so it doesn't help you have to stop to avoid.

Sunken drains on both sides of road, 8th March
Where the road narrows with centre island the drains with metal grills are both sunken on both sides of the road near the old shamblehurst lane and hedge end station junction.VERY DEEEP POTHOLES around the sunken drains. Observed for at least 2 weeks. Also other island near turning to station has multiple pot holes which have been very poorly repaired previously.observed for at least 3 months

Gutter drain iron grill maunsell way so30, 22nd February
In maunsell way one metre from the junction with stroudley way in line with the traffic island, the asphalt has washed out from around the iron gutter drain grill. if a cyclist went into this they could easily sustain life changing injuries.
