Trees and hedge are ovhighwayon Hook Park road, 8th December
The overgrowth is impeding traffic and pedestrians along this section of road for about 20 yards. The road here is very narrow and there is no pavement so cars and walkers are in a dangerous situation when they pass on this section. I realise that the County Council does not perform the work but if there is a potential danger to the public the council has the authority to serve notice on the owner of the land to cut it back. .Also if not carried out within the timeframe stated, the Council ca carry out the works and recover the cost.
