I Reported this back on Nov 22, a holly tree within alley way covering the light beam therefore alley is very dark for elderly or females. Please see photo which has report tonight of man hanging around. Holly tree needs cutting to height shown in red as per rest of bushes.

There are one or two drains along this stretch of road that are raised and exposed as the road has crumbled around them, leaving holes in the road. Too close to the edge of the road for cars, but a big problem for cyclists, especially when cars pass too closely.

This footpath is blocked by a huge pile of garden waste, which looks like it was deliberately put there. I assumed it should be a cut through but only leads to the blocked end.

20 poppy close locks heath have left old Fence panels and concrete blocks outside their perimeter on entrance to park. Property currently up for sale so they are likely to leave them their for council to clear at their cost.
